      Great place for entry level employees. Awesome for senior management.

      Pros

      1. Work from home. 2. Overall positive and pleasant atmosphere in the company. 3. Platform for the most part works. 4. New CMO has done an awesome job revitalizing the brand and company.

      Cons

      1. Exec team is 100% focused on an IPO. They need you to be successful so they get their stock payout. 2. No stock plan for employees, large stock options available to execs with zero given to long term employees that have helped steer and drive their current success. 3. Failed to inspire any great sales SVP's to join. 4. Small time CFO is focused on costs, I had my sales compensation plan changed twice mid year - I beat the new rules and the second set of even more restrictive rules. Their CFO decided not to pay my full comp agreed in my contract. But instead what they felt was "fair". This is not how sales works, nobody cares about helping sales when we arent performing. 5. Current CEO and majority of engineering/product management are all old friends going back a long way, probably best to avoid the engineering org as you will be unable to grow above this team of execs. 6. Outsourced a lot of development to India, the quality of releases is as you'd expect.

      Need pay correction

      Pros

      Good challenging work. Always helping team culture. Flexible work timing

      Cons

      Less pay as compared to market. Pay structure has been hit badly after the company went private. (Cant disclose the specifics, but you can talk to any Employee and find the details). New Board wants to make quick money and hence only those projects capable of generating quick money are funded. Promotions are rare. Rumors of Cost cutting.

      None that is worth mentioning

      Cons

      Nepotism bordering on racism, zero career growth opportunities. They bring in offshore resources for the professional services in order to stifle growth and keep salaries down. Partner companies are promoted heavily. Being private makes them even less attractive to work for with reduced benefits, no RSUs or ESPPs to look forward to replace zero raises
