Exposure to latest technologies Flexible working hours Friendly environment Good pay - on par or better than market in many instances

Cons

Moving from a publicly traded to private company. Having been a successful publicly traded company for more than a company this move is a major cultural shift at least for manager level and upwards. Remuneration policies are unknown at the moment as the stock options are gone!

Our CEO conducts quarterly all-hands meetings to share the latest news and actively encourages questions from the employees. Our Life@ intranet has a stream of up-to-date articles about what is happening at the Company and also encourages feedback. Much of this transparency is reflected in the 95% approval rating given to our CEO by Glassdoor reviewers, as well as the overall 4+ star rating of the Company.
