As for our focus and long-term strategy, that was discussed at the All-Hands meeting April 27th by our senior leadership. In case you missed that event, you can find a recap on Life@ as well as summaries from our recent InformaticaWorld 2015, where we showcased our plans and technologies in front of thousands of customers from around the world. We are entering a new and exciting phase of the company’s history so I'm sure you will see a lot more focus moving forward.

Opportunity for company growth, the people in general, work-life balance, the pay and compensation are good

Cons

Some great but some horrible low-level managers, especially when "promoted" from being individual performers. Field training is lengthy, boring, and doesn't prepare for the field.
