      Thank you for taking the time to write. Infa is a great place to learn, As other review highlight there is lots to learn and Infa is a learning culture globally. Sorry to hear about you not feeling recognized. There is a recognition portal available via Okta you can start to recognize others to show them how its done. Im thinking no micromanagement is actually a good thing
