      Future uncertain ..

      Pros

      It's people, very capable and focus. Good pay and benefits. Never been in a place where I learned this much.

      Cons

      No organizational culture. There's a disconnection between whats is said and done: What is said in headquarters in terms of new initiatives, never really realizes on different regions and in the field. With all the ongoing changes, I'n not sure the company will provide the right work environment to retain people and to attract others.

      Pros

      Good benefits although become expensive recently. The ESSP program was good.

      Cons

      The company is too slow to change although expecting that once PE takes over change will happen rapidly. The "informatica way" of doing things should change else people will be frustrated.
