There was practically no training; you were given a speed run overview then thrown to the wolves. Management was not receptive when staff would voice complaints of being overworked, and would basically tell you to suck it up. I worked during the big merger process and you could feel the difference after ICON took over PRA because they started restructuring and cutting costs while demanding more and more of their employees. It was a toxic environment where cliques were promoted and you could take the full brunt of the blame for things that weren’t even your fault.
