Great experience, never a dull moment, and contributing to bettering of lives.
Cons
The company has made this role essentially 3 roles in one - the work is never ending, and the place is understaffed. The CSM role is a catch all, or dump all for the other departments. There is very little work-life balance, and the pay is not comparable for the amount of work that is done.
