Mgmt specifically women prefers to keep the white male individual whom they hired in 2023 with little experience in clinical research over female with decades of experience including proven results. Women in mgmt put this guy on a pedestal over other hard working employees. Mgmt also do not have any of their internal SOPs together nor available to answer any questions.
