      Pros

      Not a whole lot.

      Cons

      Depts are very click-ish. Co-workers will stab you in the back quicker than you can say Hello. Benefits are not good. In order to qualify for a cruise you have to have been employed for over a year. You are not guaranteed for the cruise until the last minute so if you have family going they have to be on standby. Pay is very low for Seattle. No upward promotion unless you're their favorite regardless of your top performance. Only management keeps getting promoted with salary increase.

      9/80 work schedule, Work from Home, Free cruise once a year, Fun people, Open concept work space

      Cons

      Open Concept work space, Salaried individuals expected to work crazy overtime schedule, Will do what they can to save a buck off their employees (i.e merit increases are simply just a cost of living adjustment, will find whatever reasons needed to not match 401K or payout bonuses), Lack of communication & unclear path to find resolutions to workplace issues.

      Nice in environment, onsite cafeteria (food can make you sick), okay benefits.

      Cons

      Poor pay and power hungry managers, No leadership. poor advancement opportunities, and if you do get promoted you are only worth no more than a $2000 yearly increase, although they would willing pay an external candidate much more for the same position.
