Poor Management - A/R Holland America Line Employee Review

Depts are very click-ish. Co-workers will stab you in the back quicker than you can say Hello. Benefits are not good. In order to qualify for a cruise you have to have been employed for over a year. You are not guaranteed for the cruise until the last minute so if you have family going they have to be on standby. Pay is very low for Seattle. No upward promotion unless you're their favorite regardless of your top performance. Only management keeps getting promoted with salary increase.
