Hard to come up with one - maybe the cafeteria?

Cons

Company has a horrible culture - CEO has been heard saying he 'doesn't give a beep about employees.' Employees across the company are not happy and are always looking to leave the company. Harassment and sexual harassment were swept under the rug. HR is a complete joke and chooses to look the other way and ignore employee issues. Common saying among employees is 'check your souls at the door' as you enter the building in the mornings. Overall, a miserable place to work.

After over ten years of working for Holland America Line, they changed the incentive pay (commission) from 2.5% to 1%.

Flexible 9/80 schedule and good cruising benefits if you use them

Cons

Politics, politics, politics!!! Will add a higher paying workload on you but won’t increase your pay. Pay is nowhere near competitive....RUN! Allows retaliation and instead of working on the situation they just let both parties go. The CEO is all about the dollar and nothing about the people who work under him to bring him that outcome. Ability to advance is all about who you know and not what you know. This place has gone downhill fast!
