Pros

new building, gym facility, flex hours

Cons

-disorganized, lack of strategy and clear direction, resistance from upper mgmt -product development teams do not communicate with each other - essentially working on the same idea without cohesion and multiple iterations of said product -below average pay and benefits -you could dedicate years of your career here without any advancement.. this is the place to work if you just want to sit around and not accomplish anything or release any products. -living in the stone age of the industries it supports... others argue that the industry moves slow... but REALLY? -mgmt teams often hire outside consultants to do the job you were hired for and pay the large agency rates while undercutting hired employees who are paid poorly/taking away any project ownership you may have had.

Pros

I made some great friends and got an insane amount of experience I.

Cons

They are acquiring companies left and right. Their core values list “profit driven” first. Which, obviously companies exist to make a profit, but let’s not list that on our website. There is no customer success team, they only care about the initial sale and not lifetime value of the customer. Softwares are being sold without any documentation. Support tickets are through the roof and many times customers do not hear back. They do not replace employees who leave unless they are in sales, and they promote discriminatory managers. No diversity whatsoever, particularly in senior management. It’s a good ole boys club and they pile work on to the good employees, while letting the ones who do less than the bare minimum skate by. We were furloughed while the CEO was receiving a yacht. And the pay is INCREDIBLY low. No exit interviews given. For a company who is losing employees left and right, you would think you’d want to know why.
