Terrible company moral. Management are complete cowards. No room for growth. If you're not already a part of the boys club, you will eventually get booted.

decent benefits like PTO and Insurance, tuition assistance, good learning opportunities, new up scale office environment

Cons

low morale, constant layoff treats, management changes constantly, weak salary, difficult to move up/lack of opportunities, if you are a superstar they will just let you pick up weak co-worker slack but no real reward

The pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

There is no oversight in satellite location - manager & lead are toxic bullies - the literally actually conspire together to upset people and spend the whole day talking bad about people either on Skype or behind a closed office door. Their relationship is entirely inappropriate. There is PROOF but so far the company has chosen to ignore it.
