Pros

new building, gym facility, flex hours

Cons

-disorganized, lack of strategy and clear direction, resistance from upper mgmt -product development teams do not communicate with each other - essentially working on the same idea without cohesion and multiple iterations of said product -below average pay and benefits -you could dedicate years of your career here without any advancement.. this is the place to work if you just want to sit around and not accomplish anything or release any products. -living in the stone age of the industries it supports... others argue that the industry moves slow... but REALLY? -mgmt teams often hire outside consultants to do the job you were hired for and pay the large agency rates while undercutting hired employees who are paid poorly/taking away any project ownership you may have had.

Pros

The best part of MI is the people in the trenches — the field engineers, techs, and specialists who show up, solve problems, and support each other even when the system around them doesn’t. The teamwork, the shared experience, and the professionalism of the technical staff are what keep the wheels turning. Those relationships are the real value.

Cons

Systemic issues repeat without meaningful correction, and workarounds often become the long‑term solution. Expertise doesn’t always translate into organizational change, which leads to a cycle of recurring problems and unnecessary rework. Administrative and process inconsistencies add friction that the technical teams end up absorbing.
