      Nothing as the review title suggests. This is written especially to make sure that u don't fall a prey to this toxic environment at Hexagon Gurgaon Delhi-NCR

      Worst GIS compnay to ever work for in India. Pathetic and toxic work culture is evident from 1st week itself. No care and concern for employees here and a biased working environment. People sticking here are the ones who know they will not fit in a competitive environment outside. Politics and favoutism are on the peak here. Don’t go here just by the name Hexagon it’s not even the actual Hexagon u r thinking of. 😂 Believe me this is not written in anger but true details based on an actual experience of one of my close known person. Feel free to consult if still in doubt.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. WFH policy. Decent work events. Nice campus, gym, and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Your enjoyment will be as good as your manager. Rigid rules that change depending on who’s asking so there’s a lack of consistency. Old software. Depending on the department, it can be isolated. Some execs and managers can be unprofessional, lacking management skills, discretion, and passive aggressive. Because of this, it leads to gossip because of lack of transparency from management.
