      Pros

      If you are fresher then it's really good opportunity to work for couple of years. Experienced people often leave company and experienced don't join so best opportunity for freshers.

      Cons

      Hexagon is group of aquired companies and don't have any common vision values except making profit. Employees are most neglected thing in company. Everything micromanaged above tolerance level. Salary increments not given to Employees from aquired companies and forced them to leave. Wherreas replacements hired on higher salaries. Worst work culture ever seen, nobody trusts you.

      Everything about the management is wrong. The managers micromanage the employees, and they are very toxic and rude when interacting with us. Your supervisors will insult and verbally abuse you. They will destroy your self-esteem instead of building you up. You should definitely avoid this company.

      Despite some management challenges, the company was committed to its employees' well-being. The company offered a wellness program, which included access to mental health resources, gym memberships, and other wellness benefits.

      Recalling my experience working for the management of this company, I cannot help but feel a sense of alarm at the way they treated their employees. The constant humiliation that was inflicted upon us was something that I despise to this day. The management's behavior towards their employees was nothing short of unethical. They would often resort to thrashing, both verbally, and physically, to get their point across. This type of behavior created a toxic work environment, which was detrimental to the mental health and well-being of everyone involved.
