Paid salary for 40 hours and work 50-60 Constantly under staffed They change the bonus structure each year to pay you less and less No work / life balance Customers are so rude and talk down on you daily

Pros

You'll get the job as long as you pass simple background check- they're so desperate because of high turnover.

Cons

Airport location that i worked were understaffed and poorly managed. Employees that have lasted for a decade or more depend on unethical slimy sales tactics to make a living and if you don't align yourself with the way they operate, you will get bullied until you can not take it anymore, and management will do nothing about it and say: "We can not do much; it's very hard to fire people here at Hertz." Employees and management have an adversarial attitude towards their customers and are so rude and unprofessional - it was so embarrassing to work side by side with them.
