Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We care a lot about the experience of our employees while on the sales team, and appreciate you sharing your feedback. It’s great that you were able to take full advantage of our benefits, which are available to our employees from their first day of employment. These benefits include medical, optical and dental and commuter benefits. It is true that working in sales is not for everyone, and to support our team members who may never have worked in sales before we provide thorough training to our sales team beginning on their first day. These include interactive online activities, in-person workshops, and activities, and team meetings three times a week. We are constantly looking at ways to develop and grow our managers by providing them with training and other on-the-job opportunities to learn best practices to allow them to support and lead their teams. Thanks again for this review and for being a part of our FreshFam.

Pros

This job is ridiculously amazing. The money you can make coupled with the benefits are just crazy. All things considered, it's not even a hard thing to do. The hours are flexible and as long as you try and bring a positive attitude you can do very well. The best part is even if you're fresh out of college with no experience the company rewards and values higher performing young workers over average older ones. This gives way to great opportunities for growth in the company as well.

Cons

Sales aren't for everyone, and some people struggle more than others. I personally never thought I'd do better than 5 sales a week since I was shy and not pushy. However, if you take the time to talk to management and trainers you can turn around and make those high numbers, you just need to find a sales style that works for you. You have to take the initiative though. One other con is driving all over the place, but you get reimbursed very nicely for travel, and most of the shifts are good at avoiding Atlanta traffic.
