Amazing people from all around the world. Easy going, but also very fast paced tempo. Latest technologies and standards are embraced and widely used througought the company. Constantly evolving environment.

Cons

Fewer vacation days compared to other Berlin companies. Keeping old employees is not the best side of management.

an adequate product, adequate training, adequate work apps/programs, virtual work environment, fun events and locations

Cons

low pay, unfair commission structure favoring maximum corporate profits over fair pay for workers, poor management, poor oversight, poor communication from management and human resources, high turnover, truly an underpaid brand ambassador role that includes a sales quote requirement/performance-based compensation that's difficult for most to attain
