We work hard to ensure that our job descriptions accurately portray the work and requirements of the job, and regret that your experience did not match with your expectations. We work to train our employees and Managers so they are prepared for their roles and recently developed a Manager Fundamental Program for our managers to develop their skills.
Communication is a major focus at HelloFresh and we have developed a cadence that we hope creates more transparency: we have quarterly Town Hall meetings to share business updates, and encourage regular 1:1 meetings with managers to cascade information to every employee. We aim to be as transparent as possible and strive to help all employees understand our business and how decisions are made. We are also constantly trying to improve our internal processes including our company cards and expense reimbursements to make the systems more reliable for employees.
