      A good first sales experience job.

      Pros

      You learn sales skills. It’s a fantastic way to gain a foothold into sales.

      Cons

      The company offers a better deal than the sales reps promo codes. All sales are B2C with no B2B opportunity. No tracking KPI’s and retention rate. Mall kiosk’s are primarily the location. The commission structure isn’t ideal. No way of tracking your own sales.

      Pros

      Great discount on the product. Office snacks and drinks are great. Some very nice people. I learned a lot during my time there in a very short period of time, but it was a very stressful process.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover, in my two years there I had 8 directors come and go. It is not out of the ordinary to be expected to do work while on vacation. The entire CRM team either was fired or quit within a 2 month period. It's a very stressful place to be.

      - Clear responsibilities and ownership since day 1! - Amazing culture and work environment. The office is a dream! and perks like free breakfast and yoga classes are little things that make a huge difference - Fast passed and agile ways of working, there is always an exciting challenge to solve - Friendly and inspiring colleagues! - Good learning and development platform available

      - Not all processes are fully defined, and this could be uncomfortable for some people. - At times the international- local relationship could be tricky to navigate
