Pros

- Good discount on HelloFresh boxes. - Nice office space. - Great colleagues.

Cons

- Everyone is focused on self promoting and showing off, all in the hopes of getting a raise or a promotion in the next evaluation round. As different people on the leadership team has said, "perception is reality", so the louder you are, the better it'll be for you. - The company is on a slippery slope to toxicity, where leadership praises and rewards colleagues who work overtime, during the weekend or even their vacation. - You are just a cog in the machine, not an actual person. If you don’t hit your numbers, no excuses. It doesn’t matter if you couldn’t reach your numbers, because the priorities changed midway through and you had to start over in half of the time. And even if you hit your goals, the numbers will be manipulated and used against you. They just have to use different filters and all of a sudden you go from thinking you're doing well to being told that your performance is bad. This trend has been going on since the Director of Tech TA joined one year ago. - This same Director of Tech TA is known for making inappropriate comments and for being openly racist. Still, he is constantly praised by the leadership for the great job done. - Talent Acquisition Partners are turning into sourcing machines, because even though we have more than 10 metrics - and sourcing isn't one of them - , the Director of Tech TA has decided that sourcing is the most important thing in this world, even more important than internal mobility. If you are internal and want to move to a different team, good luck with that. The TA team will not be excited to spend time supporting your move given that it's not recognised from the leadership. - There are new processes every week, with more and more responsibilities being assigned to the Talent Acquisition Partners, who now have to do the job of different roles all at once, while still having the same high expectations as always for hiring. You can't be a sourcer and expected to send out 200 InMails every month, while still having to do interviews, aligning with the hiring managers, managing the candidates throughout the hiring process and creating contracts. It is simply too much. Either revisit the expectations or redistribute the responsibilities. - The number of yearly vacation days is significantly lower than that offered by most companies based in Berlin.

Pros

- Challenging work and a steep learning curve - New technologies - Nice, friendly and smart colleagues

Cons

- It was much better a few month ago but then a lot of good people left the company - Salary is below market average (salary bands were just published) - Since a while the company is without a clear vision how to act in times of a crisis - Commitment of employees not the same like it once was

Pros

Very diverse, which I appreciate a lot. People with various nationalities and backgrounds are welcomed. There is a lot to learn here.

Cons

perfrmance if individuals and the teams are extremely important. Failing culture is very poor and most of the people avoid failing on okrs or projects because, unfortunately blaming culture is a norm here. Some managers are operating with high ego, so it makes it hard to cooperate.
