Pros

Office space is nice and the receptionist is friendly Facilities are maintained well so you can cry in the bathroom for hours at a time if you can get a stall

Cons

Horrible leadership who give bad directions and blame those of us following orders for the bad results Reasonable objections are punished Leadership doesn't listen to anyone but themselves so they don't have any clue what is going on in business RTO hurts people with long commutes and they converted everyone that used to be remote to hybrid even if we started remote after COVID except anyone on global salary and those people get paid 50% more to be fully remote even though they live by the office All the good people leave even in tough job environment after being demoralized and blamed for problems leadership cause

Pros

Nice office block, modern and has all amenities needed including outdoor areas.

Cons

C-level and leadership team is full of ego, they will do anything to please the shareholders over whats best for customers or employees. Zero trust in leadership team who encourage managers to actively push and pressure staff to take mutual termination agreement. The company sued their own employees TWICE when they formed a much needed Works Councel, and LOST TWICE! Its a fragmented company where over 50% are tech staff and you could enjoy working there despite the pay gap, but if you work in commercial roles, then you are gonna suffer with narrow minded leadership, lack of communications and constant aimless changes. The leadership team forced all employees to be in the office on 3 preselected days + 1 company day per quarter, which is absolutely unnecessary! Avoid Customer Care department as the VP lacks empathy, uses intimidation and manipulation tactics and overall rude person!
