Pros

Nice colleagues, discount, quality of product, pay

Cons

Poor leadership team. Micro-management and passive-aggressive. No training or support. Company supports narcissistic, micro-managers. Low level tactical-based recruiting function vs strategic, pro-active, Solution-based environment. It’s a shame because the employees work hard and very nice. The company touts an “egoless” environment as one of its values, however there are several in the recruiting function who operate solely with egos. Company is building its people business on quick sand. Cancelled my subscription and steering people clear if this company. Even the HR team is broken. The admins and site employees continue to struggle with poor leadership and toxic environment. Wake up and clean leadership in US; recruiting and HR.

Pros

- If you like to work hard there is enough work for you until you feel exhausted, not valued, and ultimately not rewarded. - You receive an employee discount on HelloFresh Meal boxes

Cons

- Many top executives pretend they care about you when they just don't. They will make you work as long as they need you and they wouldn't hesitate to lock you at a position until you resign. - Company that makes you understand that you are just one employee, no matter how good you are. They have no intention of developing you. They are happy if you stay at the level you have been hired for a few years.. and then resign.

Cons

- lack of systems means cross-team collaboration is lacking (no cross-functionality) with director-level staff rarely stepping in on time, which eventually leads to blocked projects and a lot of frustration - promises that things will get better for moths, sometimes even years on end, which are never fulfilled - no real advancement opportunities within your team, sometimes new positions are devised above you, which makes promotion impossible - employees usually leave after 1 year which is terrible for keeping team cohesion - no matter how hard you work, you are only evaluated once a year for a raise. your performance is 90% evaluated on the numbers you produce (targets reached)
