Other than HelloFresh leading you to believe that you will become a permanent employee. They will terminate you with a reason.

Cons

So there is good tickets and bad tickets. All bad tickets count against you where its your fault or not. Thats not good at all. Please do not get hired as a temp. They dont keep them long at all.

> Nothing that I can think of. Used to be a fun place to work but the leadership have ruined what was an enjoyable working environment due to their inability to coexist with the works council. > Discounted HelloFresh boxes are a nice plus

Cons

> Weak Leadership > Clueless middle management > Managers lack the empathy and emotional intelligence to properly manage people. > Lack of transparency from managers and leadership > Overall, the culture seems very toxic at the moment
