The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. In our Distribution Centers we provide all employees with face masks, added temperature checking, enforced social distancing measures and provided additional financial and medical support to employees who required it. In our HQ locations employees can work from home until they feel comfortable returning to the office, with the opportunity to work remotely until September 2021. While many teams cannot physically be together right now, we put a lot of care into ensuring they feel connected while remote. To bring people together we have transitioned to virtual activities like cooking classes, guided webinars and virtual happy hours.
