The production teams in all of our Distribution Centers are some of the most important teams we have at HelloFresh and we’re glad you liked our team and benefits. Work life balance is so important, and while some employees do work four 10-hour shifts a week, this schedule allows them to have three full days off each week and to take time to enjoy their weekends. All employees get on the job training and graduate from HelloFresh Safety School, however if you have suggestions of other ways we can support employees learning their jobs please reach out to your local HR team directly.
