Manager do not know what they are doing have no experience or skills to fulfil their roles They shout at you thinking it will improve performance while they are rude There is racism issue

Maintenance Dept is not so organized and following very unprofessional way. In very short time you'll hate this job.

Good overtime enough time to learn new things Fast-paced environment weekly Grocery as a compensation

Cons

This job is not for experienced people as they're doing lots of facility work inhouse which is not appropriate way E.G. Painting/landscaping activity occasionally Treating hourly employees and salaried employees differently. Work-life balance is Zero. They'll talk about it but won't focus on it when it comes to working.
