Pros

The company is very diverse, and they care about diversity and sustainability. Most of the employees are very friendly. If you care to navigate through the complicated system of the perks, they are actually pretty good and can help you save a lot of money.

Cons

The company is still going through a lot of changes post-covid, and the pressure is coming down on the employees. It's like a startup as it is still quite chaotic when it comes to organizational structures and ownership, but it also has a corporate style when you have to do intensive planning and reporting.

Nice work culture, good colleagues

Cons

Little to no support from upper management- only criticism with no constructive feedback. Anger management problems and lack of empathy from managers. No help from HR when reporting problems or issues teams are facing. The value of ''Agility'' used as an excuse to manage poorly, constantly firefight and waste money and time. Culinary team is sorely underpaid compared to the rest of the organization - seriously do not accept the bs salary offered to you!
