- They have the best workspace in Berlin! - Competeitive salary in their space - As an engineer you get the space and time to build your own career there

Cons

- Management sometimes makes decisions that go against the requests and preferences of employees. - Retrun to office policy sucks, the management prescribes the days of the week you have to be in office, no flexibility.
