- Company has made big recruitment mistakes, and hired incompetent people in key roles. Politics is taking more and more place in the daily affairs, and human considerations have been relegated in the background.

+ The trust and support from my manager + My team is the best I've ever worked with + The office environment is so friendly - everyone is happy to help each other + 70+ different nationalities so fabulously diverse, I love it + Loads of expats, so everyone understands what you're going through if you relocated like I did + Regular feedback + Opportunities to grow professionally; seriously I've already learned so much in 6 months - lots of internal training, also I've seen lots of people (in every department) get recognized and promoted very quickly which I think is great + Lots of activities for everyone to get to know their colleagues; new starter cooking sessions; every month there's an 'explore Berlin' event; German language course paid for, team events paid for, etc. + Flexible working hours, my manager is happy with me remote working sometimes

- Annual leave allowance is ok, could be better - Would be better if we could have office dogs
