Pros

This company has an incredible culture focused on healthy life styles. It has a very talented executive team who started the company based on their personal health experiences. As a result, there is extreme passion for success and a very engaged leadership team. This is a fast paced environment with extreme growth. A start-up with endless opportunities.

Pros

This is company where I can truly say that my efforts are rewarded. If you work hard and do what is asked of you success will follow. I have worked in a lot of different places and most places I have been politics meant more than results. Not here.

Cons

There are long hours during busy times - but they pay off.

Pros

Opportunity to make a lot of money during enrollment periods. Work from home. VPs and Ownership are available and responsive.

Cons

Some sales managers do not respond quickly, do not work with team to teach, train, and improve knowledge and skillset. Licensing and Contracting team does not always respond when request is made to help get contracted with certain states or insurance carriers. Company does not always give all of the tools for success, such as United Healthcare, doesn't help with getting MARX access, or other programs to help get the job done more effectively.
