Pros
Opportunity to make a lot of money during enrollment periods. Work from home. VPs and Ownership are available and responsive.
Cons
Some sales managers do not respond quickly, do not work with team to teach, train, and improve knowledge and skillset. Licensing and Contracting team does not always respond when request is made to help get contracted with certain states or insurance carriers. Company does not always give all of the tools for success, such as United Healthcare, doesn't help with getting MARX access, or other programs to help get the job done more effectively.
