Pros

Work from home! Hourly and commission pay! Start up & coming, meaning it is a startup that is up and coming! Managers and co-workers are pleasant. They will help you advance in the insurance field!

Cons

Recycled leads are the norm! Start up, meaning there are negatives and positives to start ups! Hard to build time off! Even doctors appointments go towards Vacation time off or sick time off!

It's a great place to work because it's place that actually care about their employees. They are constantly trying to improve. Great pay and they just gave all of us a raise.

Cons

Really long hrs for AEP but it's what to be expected.
