Pros

Hays gives employees a supportive working environment and a chance to enhance your skills through excellent training. Hays gives its employees everything they need to succeed and you are rewarded for the effort you put in.

Cons

It comes with the territory in recruitment but the hours are long and you can experience big disappointment when things don't go to plan - this may not suit some people.

Pros

Industry leading training. Lots of progression opportunities. A clear chain of command. Large candidate database. Cross specialism opportunities. Global Plc with overseas opportunities.

Cons

High commission standing requirements compared to competitors. One Touch is a little clunky to use and could do with a candidate diary function. Timesheet process could be better.
