Pros

Fantastic training for newcomers to the business and recruitment in general Excellent career progression with a structured programme to move up quickly Great environment to work in, a real work hard play hard culture

Cons

If I am being honest - none. Everything is put in place for you to succeed but you do have to work hard and be determined to succeed.

Pros

The role has a good chance of progressing up the ranks with clear career progression from day 1, I also found that there is a lot of support for personal changes in circumstances. Often find that the brand will get you through the door with companies and help to get you earning quickly Fantastic training when you start with the company. Mixture or graduates and people with no qualifications all on a level playing field.

Cons

Commission structure not as good as many other firms. Poor work-life balance with expectation to work beyond your means for no reward or praise Offices work to their own values causing internal arguments regarding roles and fees.
