Pros

Hays have a very meritocracy working environment where you are awarded for your individual performance with plenty of career opportunities. In addition the culture is supportive and encouraging at the same time allowing you to manage your time and desk on your own which is a rare combination

Cons

The cons are more industry related rather than Hays specific as I think in general recruitment is a challenging industry but Hays have managed to manage and minimize this effectively

Pros

Great incentives and rewards and a great office environment. Each division works closely together and each sub-specialism shares tips and best practice. Excellent progression possibilities for consultants and the ability to take ownership of a desk, your clients and candidates and make it your own. The corporate aspect of Hays allows for big events and Christmas parties, excellent internal training, excellent atmosphere and ethos in any of the offices.

Cons

Long hours but the more you put in the more you get out!
