Pros
The people who work for Hays, their passion and drive, these are the best things about working here. The rewards and recognition are up there with the best and, in general, communication internally is good. There is a genuine feeling that Hays is growing, becoming an increasing presence in the market globally and this will hopefully continue to provide exciting opportunities.
Cons
Sometimes it feels we are too slow off the mark and playing catch up with regards to technology solutions and system integration.
