From day one this company has definately delivered and I have had the opportunity to travel throughout the UK to attend traning courses, all expenses paid, proving that this business invest in their employees. Overall, with this company, it is a definate that you get as much back as you put in.

Working within a recruitmnet business will always include long hours and it isnt an easy role to pick up for some individuals but the hard work pays off and this company will invest as much as they can to support every single employee world wide. The most difficult thing about recruitment is that it is such a competitive industry which doesnt make your day to day role easy however once you start to develop relationships in the local area, things do become easier. These negatives relate to recruitment overall and not Hays Specialist Recruitment as an employer.
