      Very unprofessional environment, store manager is not stable and there's no HR department to hold her accountable for her actions.

      Pros

      Good product. Lots of employees who have been here a long time. It's an important place to work as one of the largest employers in a small population area.

      Cons

      The culture is very stuck in "that's the way we've always done it" and "that's not my department." Too often, people are promoted far above their ability.

      Pros

      With change comes undreamed-of opportunities and exciting growth. Risk is high and so is the possibility of reward. There's never a dull moment.

      Cons

      The "plan" and how it will unfold is not apparent to those who do the work. Keeping an open mind about the changes, when the new processes are not yet in place, is difficult.
