Poor management, culture, and retention. Due to high turnover and operations moving to Peachtree Corners, they lost a lot of good people. Most employees are new to the industry and do not have a lot of knowledge, which if frustrating for associates and customers.
Management does a poor job of hiring quality individuals for the QSC and this is reflected in the work.
Upward mobility is essentially non-existent.
If you do a good job, they will continually give you more work for no additional pay. They will sell the additional work as a “project” that can count towards becoming a sr. coordinator, but in reality it can take years to reach this position due to their matrix.
If you’re new to the industry or just out of college, this may be decent experience for you. Would recommend seeking out other opportunities if able.
