Pros

1. Already many people have written about management, I didn't have any bad experience during hiring process, but it you read cons , such thing will happen with silent acceptance or instruction of management.

Cons

1. Values aren't great. like if you have negotiated salary with them and Hapag HR team has agreed to offer you salary, now they will take U turn of other benefits associated with your joining like they will say that we will not give you relocation expenses because they have already offered you higher salary, they will not give you 7days accommodation because they already offered you higher salary and strange this all happened after you put down papers in your present organization. 2. Came to know from employees that politics plays main role in your career growth. Favoritism and chatukarita is beyond certain limit. 3. People working there aren't sure about their job security considering they have seen many cases where people were fired randomly next day morning stating today is your last working day, it happens in LALA companies.

Pros

Mostly stable company that isn't going anywhere.

Cons

As an agent or supervisor at the service center you will experience: Low pay, little to no opportunity for advancement, no actual skill training or employee development, incredible pay gap between agents, supervisors and directors, VP's. They want to squeeze every last bit of work out of you for 40k and a couple weeks vacation time while a manager watches your every move. Not all managers are bad but mine was particularly inept. He is the protected pet of his director. The work environment is very crowded with little to no privacy. You are hammered with calls and emails constantly from irate customers.
