Flexible Start Time (start before or after core hours)

Cons

Overworked - be prepared to work 12/14 hour days with no additional pay Workload is too much for some while others do the minimum New System does not work and we front have the tools to do our jobs Created a new role in the past few years called Relationship Managers, thus had only created more stress with no help while work is piling up. Hire people to help not add more stress and work

Flexible work hours, nice coworkers.

Cons

Everything else. No room to move up or out. Management in Hoboken office is subpar. The other departments seem great, but there’s no money to be made. Moving up seems impossible. Constant feeling of being trapped
