3 months, no offer still, company is slow and non-transparent in the hiring process but urgent and spontaneous when requiring an interviewee to accomplish their required task / interviews.
great interview, hirevue followed up with questions regarding the fit, vision, role aligment, and a lot of behavioral questions. i believe the most important thing in the interview was understanding who you are as a candidate.
I applied online. I interviewed at Guy Carpenter (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
Pretty straightforward. You start with a a hirevue that's very generic just behavioral questions. If you get through that then you're invited to their superday, which is a couple back to back interviews done by location employees including the intern manager who will likely be a VP or SVP. Again it's just behavioral questions, but with a focus on why you want to work either with Guy Carp or in the industry.
