      Non management employees are all great individuals

      This is not a location for you if you are a independent free thinker. Management is rude and largely clueless. Almost all of the reviews from 2020 are obvious fake reviews. Working from home is discouraged because management wants to hover over your shoulder for every menial task. More than 10 people left because of management and they pretend it’s just because they have bad attitudes. That management stoops to that level is a open display of their egotistical incompetence.

      All the pros that had existed have been weeded out and removed.

      Cons

      Management is rude, insecure, micro-managing, condescending and it has completely saturated the company culture in an extremely negative way. Management is all talk, smoke and mirrors, just empty words that are never followed by true impactful actions. No cohesion in the company, noone knows what they are working towards. Toxic environment that will wear you down.

      I met a few kind People at this company.

      Cons

      The worst employment experience in my entire career. “Bro” culture and very personality driven. Cultural diversity is almost non-existent inside and out. CEO is very inexperienced and lacks authority and control. Emotionally draining and leadership will “ghost” you and not provide the tools and information you need to succeed if they want you to leave the company.
