      Pros

      I met a few kind People at this company.

      Cons

      The worst employment experience in my entire career. “Bro” culture and very personality driven. Cultural diversity is almost non-existent inside and out. CEO is very inexperienced and lacks authority and control. Emotionally draining and leadership will “ghost” you and not provide the tools and information you need to succeed if they want you to leave the company.

      The company is full of passionate people trying to make a difference. The beautiful new office space is a bonus!

      Pros

      New challenges arose daily that allowed me to be creative in finding solutions for customers and solutions for data ingestion to the data platform.

      Cons

      During busy periods we all worked 50+ hours a week sometimes into the late hours of the night to get products out to customers.
