Pros

None, they are trying to push people to go and work from the office, plus they openly told me I should get a promotion (twice) but there is no money.

Cons

Salary is below market, in almost two years I have been they did two rounds of massive firing and then proceeded to hire again. In this last time they fired super senior people, suspiciously on one of the lasts all hands they said they had too many seniors. Since when that is a problem? unless the problem is that the company is running out of money, which seems to be the case.

Pros

The company is stable and growing fast. There are friendly and receptive colleagues. The salary is ok.

Cons

If you think of joining the company because of sustainability, forget it. This is only a side effect of the business, and Grover will only even mention this when it's convenient, as a PR strategy. People here work nights, when sick, or on holidays. Some people are asked by their managers to go online on Sunday night. The management does not approve of inclusivity initiatives. They encourage people to use words like 'guys' or whatever they want since language should be uncensored. Neutral gender pronouns are taboo. The management makes fun of fat people publicly and mocks those who try to encourage respect among colleagues. All that matters is growth, growth, growth.

Pros

-the „lower“ people, who arent part of management/leadership -few cute benefits, such as not being enrolled in a health insurance if you dont bug hr long enough

Cons

-micromanagement -giving agents the feeling theyre replacable at any time on purpose -no empathy -you get guilt tripped for bringing up issues
