Pros

Awesome co workers, 3 breaks and it's a good job for people in school or people that barely have any bills.

Cons

The hours you get drop when there isn't enough sales. As a full timers I was told I would get 40 hrs and I was barely getting 30 every week. Some expectations are unrealistic - like getting the entire stored recovered but there is only 3 people closing & customers are in after 8:00.

Pros

A Self-Motivated position with a lot of freedom as long as you meet the daily quotas and standards. Great benefits company wide. Management team is very receptive.

Cons

Procedures are always shifting slightly and training needs to be a little more in depth so minor problems don't crop up later at the expense of the employee. Sitting at a computer all day doing such repetitive work is very mind-numbing.
