Pros

Good (not great) health care, like any other job there are some good people you meet, that is always nice.

Cons

Extremely poor communication. Greedy, mean, rude, gossipy management. NO TRAINING! Moldy back rooms, they clean the air system once a year so that the air filter is consumed completely by dust, no longer blowing out clean air. Management lacks basic ethics, were supposed to be helping people but they try to squeeze every penny from every customer by telling lies. District Managers micromanage and treat all employees poorly, they yell, say contradictory things and are disrespectful to everyone, their opinion is the only "right" opinion. If you are sick they expect you to be able to perform the same amount of work, there are no excuses in this company! Time off is a joke, they try to cheat you out of that because they have no idea how to hire and keep managers so there is never enough people to cover for you hard earned vacation and personal days. Management lacks empathy. An employee had something happen to his grandmother and they went on about how he just wanted to take the beautiful day off when in fact it was a very serious thing that happened. They always assume you are lying, thieving, or just not working hard enough to make them money. They do not follow policy, the district manager will say one thing and your store manager will do another and tell you it's their way or the highway. If you try to have a life as a manager it will fail, working 6 days a week with weird hours and a commute does not give you enough time to spend with anyone. Don't let their lies about how good the company is or what they can give you, it is a false pretense. They pay horribly, they overlook you, treat you with disdain and offer you no advancement opportunity. The only people who win are the people who cheat the system and lie. This is all truth. If the CEO knew any better he would send someone undercover just to really understand exactly what happens under his nose.
