Pros

The high quality work successfully achieved by the hard working case managers. The diverse amount of programs that are offered to individuals with barriers.

Cons

Strict old school hierarchy that leads to unproductive power struggles. Can be experienced in every department. Very frustrating to anyone who wants to be focused on the success of the mission.

Pros

Their mission of putting people to work. The customers and assisting people to find what they need. Noble mission and do a lot of good for the community.

Cons

Do not value employees. Inability to move up in most cases. Education is useless. Treatment of average employees by store managers can be difficult and unsatisfactory. Although not advertised, the bottom line is more important than employees. Health benefits are discount insurance only, no sick leave offered but do earn personal time off. Beginning salary is a little better than minimum wage with quarter per hour raises annually depending upon performance. Job Job is not

Pros

The company offers benefits which includes: medical, dental, vision, 403b, paid national holidays, and mileage. The supervisors are supportive in helping you succeed at your desired personal and professional growth. The job, itself, provides personal self fulfillment at the end of the day due to the nature of your responsibilities. Excellent work hours and flexible time off requests with no blackout periods. Questions and concerns relating to the job or company is answered on a timely manner.

Cons

Advancement opportunity is slow because it is based on funding. You must use your own vehicle to transport your clients to and from activity locations causing accelerated wear and tear.
